This is a dummy software, actually it is a collection of few pages which are made to look like a software. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t do its job. It does not send any mail no matter what you do. The SMTP setting which works fine with other softwares, doesn’t work with this software. Customer support is horrible. Once you buy it, you may not be able to return it because you opened it and installed it, so DON’T buy it. Email Campaign

Well I though that buying this dedicated email design and mailer would streamline my marketing. Hell no! After installing it on both a Vista system and an XP system, and filling out 6 different SMTP server configurations the product would still not work.
As for Tech support, most of it is canned. I don’t believe a human even read what I wrote. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, from Outlook, my problems with this software were never resolved. Two weeks have passed since my last communication and nothing from SummitSoft.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
I have contacted the retailer for a refund.

I thought it was just me, so I decided to see how others reviewed the product. It is absolutely terrible! I’ve been trying for weeks to set up my email campaign and I’ve had nothing but trouble – trouble with formatting, trouble with cleaning up my email list, trouble with sending the messages… Everything that the previous reviewers said is true. Now that I know that it was not just me, I’ll stop wasting my time emailing them and trying to get assistance with my problems. My advice is like the others: Don’t buy this product! It is a waste of time and money.

This product does not work. No matter how you format the email server info (a pretty basic thing to do), it never sends your email. It is is worthless.
